Introduction

Welcome to pkpuls ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). pkpuls operates at https://pkpuls.cam as an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeted at users in Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkpuls website, its content, tools, guides and any related services we provide.

Account Eligibility

5.1 Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, pkpuls grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may:

• Browse game category guides, betting market explanations, payment ecosystem context and responsible gambling information.
• Navigate to linked pages within pkpuls for further reference.
• Use information obtained from pkpuls to make more informed personal decisions — with the understanding that all Content is informational only and not professional advice.

5.2 Restrictions

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, redistribute, reproduce, republish, scrape, sell or commercially exploit any Content without prior written consent from pkpuls.

Account Registration & Security

Where pkpuls offers account registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pkpuls will never ask you to provide your password outside of a secure login form on the Platform.

6.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact us immediately at the support email address listed in Section 17. pkpuls will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

6.3 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification may be required before certain account features are available. This process exists to prevent fraud, underage gambling and money laundering, and complies with applicable AML obligations. You agree to provide accurate documentation when requested and understand that failure to do so may restrict your account access.

Payments & Transactions

7.1 Payment Context

pkpuls references payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as familiar Pakistani payment ecosystem examples only. None of these providers are affiliated with pkpuls. None endorse, support or process gambling payments through pkpuls.

7.2 PKR Currency References

Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) amounts are referenced on pkpuls — for example, bonus illustrations such as "PKR 25,000" — these are contextual examples only and are not binding offers. Actual amounts depend on the specific Operator's current promotional terms.

7.3 Cryptocurrency

8.4 Expiry

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkpuls and may result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and/or civil legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false personal, financial or identity information.
• Underage access — attempting to use the Platform while below the required minimum age.

• Harassment — engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct toward other users or platform staff.
• Unauthorised commercial use — reproducing, reselling or commercially exploiting pkpuls Content without written authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All Content on pkpuls — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, design layouts, images, graphics, logos, icons and brand identity — is the intellectual property of pkpuls or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written permission of pkpuls. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

11.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkpuls's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees) or the equivalent in your local currency, regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

pkpuls reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, underage access or conduct detrimental to the Platform or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 17. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution clauses — shall remain in full force.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkpuls is incorporated or operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, to the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms
